Usage Policy

This Usage Policy explains how products and services offered by ABH Consultants may be used.

By using any ABH product or service, you agree to use it responsibly, lawfully, and only for purposes permitted by this Policy.

1. Permitted Uses

ABH products may be used for lawful purposes including:

  • Learning and skill development;
  • Interview preparation and practice;
  • Personal and professional productivity;
  • Communication assistance;
  • Accessibility support;
  • Transcription and translation;
  • Research and personal reference;
  • Content drafting and summarisation;
  • Coding and technical assistance;
  • Authorised collaboration;
  • Authorised remote support; and
  • Other legitimate purposes supported by the applicable product.

2. User Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether the use of an ABH product is permitted in the situation in which you intend to use it.

Before using the Services, you must ensure that your use complies with:

  • Applicable laws;
  • Employer or client policies;
  • Interview and recruitment rules;
  • Examination and assessment rules;
  • Educational institution policies;
  • Confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations;
  • Meeting and communication policies; and
  • Third-party platform terms.

The availability of a feature does not mean that its use is permitted in every situation.

3. Interviews, Assessments and Examinations

The Services may be used for preparation, mock interviews, practice, learning, authorised coaching, accessibility support, and personal reference.

You are responsible for confirming that the Services are permitted before using them in any interview, assessment, examination, workplace, educational, or professional environment.

4. Remote Access and Remote Assistance

Remote-access features may be used only with the informed and voluntary permission of the authorised user of the receiving device.

You must not:

  • Access or control a device without the user’s knowledge;
  • Mislead, pressure, or deceive someone into permitting access;
  • Continue accessing a device after permission is withdrawn;
  • Reconnect after a session has ended unless continued access remains authorised;
  • Open unrelated applications, accounts, files, folders, messages, or communications;
  • Access passwords, authentication codes, financial information, or private communications without specific permission;
  • Transfer files or execute actions outside the authorised purpose;
  • Install persistent or unattended access without explicit authorisation;
  • Disable security controls or permission indicators; or
  • Use remote access for surveillance, stalking, harassment, fraud, credential theft, or unauthorised monitoring.

Permission to access one application, file, account, or device area does not constitute permission to access unrelated information.

5. Audio, Screen Capture and Transcription

You may use audio, screen-capture, screenshot, and transcription features only where you are authorised to capture and process the relevant content.

You must obtain any required permission before capturing or processing:

  • Another person’s voice;
  • Microphone audio;
  • System audio;
  • Meeting or interview communications;
  • Screen content;
  • Application windows;
  • Images;
  • Private messages;
  • Personal information;
  • Confidential information; or
  • Copyrighted material.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality During Use

You must protect personal, private, confidential, and sensitive information while using ABH products.

You must not:

  • Access personal or confidential information without permission;
  • Submit information that you are not authorised to process;
  • Disclose information protected by a confidentiality or non-disclosure obligation;
  • Monitor or track another person without authorisation;
  • Obtain passwords, authentication codes, financial credentials, or identity information through deception;
  • Publish another person’s private information without permission;
  • Copy or transfer confidential files without authorisation; or
  • Use personal information for identity theft, surveillance, harassment, discrimination, or fraud.

Before starting screen sharing or remote access, you should close, remove, or conceal unrelated sensitive information.

9. Prohibited Fraudulent and Deceptive Uses

You must not use ABH products to:

  • Commit or facilitate fraud;
  • Impersonate another individual or organisation;
  • Create deceptive identities;
  • Misrepresent qualifications, employment history, education, experience, or professional ability;
  • Produce fraudulent records or documents;
  • Obtain employment, money, information, goods, services, or access through deception;
  • Conduct scams or phishing;
  • Manipulate another person into revealing confidential information;
  • Falsify evidence;
  • Mislead another person about the origin or authenticity of content; or
  • Avoid legal, contractual, professional, or institutional obligations.

10. Prohibited Harmful Uses

You must not use ABH products to create, communicate, promote, or facilitate:

  • Threats of violence;
  • Harassment;
  • Bullying;
  • Stalking;
  • Blackmail;
  • Extortion;
  • Coercion;
  • Doxxing;
  • Targeted intimidation;
  • Discriminatory abuse;
  • Exploitation;
  • Unlawful surveillance;
  • Serious physical harm; or
  • Other unlawful or abusive conduct.

You must not use remote access, recordings, screenshots, transcriptions, personal information, or AI-generated content to threaten, shame, manipulate, control, or harm another person.
