Mirror, Assistant, Script, and Translator must only be used where the live workflow is expressly allowed by the employer, interviewer, assessment provider, consultancy, or applicable law.
If a workflow involves listening, watching, captioning, translating, or assisting during a live session, the relevant participants should know what tool is in use and should have given the required permission or approval.
ABH does not authorize users to secretly assist, mislead, or bypass assessment, interview, or employer restrictions. If disclosure is required, the workflow is not compliant without that disclosure.
Where a consultancy or training partner is involved, that organization is responsible for confirming client permissions, internal approvals, and lawful handling of any live workflow before using the platform.
Consent & Compliance
Mirror, Assistant, Script, and Translator features must be used only when the relevant participants have given appropriate consent and when the workflow is allowed by the employer, interviewer, assessment provider, consultancy, or applicable law.
ABH does not authorize users to break interview rules, exam rules, employer policy, or platform restrictions. Where a workflow requires disclosure or approval, it is the user's and consultancy's responsibility to obtain that approval before using the product.
If a workflow is prohibited, hidden, misleading, or policy-breaking, the platform should not be used for that workflow. This is especially important for real-time support, screen observation, caption delivery, translation, and any scenario involving candidate assistance during live events.
Operational Expectations
Before starting a live workflow, confirm whether the scenario allows external support, observation, captions, translated output, or screen-based guidance. If the answer is unclear, treat the workflow as not approved until clarified.
Do not rely on ABH product availability as proof that a workflow is allowed. Product access and workflow permission are separate questions, and users must verify both.
If a client, employer, or assessment provider changes its rules, users must follow the latest rules that apply to that context. Continued use after a restriction is communicated is not compliant.
