1. Digital Services and Immediate Access

ABH Consultants provides digital products and services that may become available immediately after payment through:

  • Account activation;
  • License generation;
  • Subscription activation;
  • Allocation of usage hours or credits;
  • Access to paid features;
  • Commencement of an AI, transcription, communication, or remote session; or
  • Download or activation of software.

Except in the limited circumstances described in this Policy, purchases become non-refundable once the purchased digital access has been delivered, activated, or used.

2. General No-Refund Rule

All completed purchases are final after any of the following occurs:

  • A license or paid account is activated;
  • Paid access is delivered;
  • A subscription period begins;
  • Usage hours, sessions, or credits are allocated;
  • Any paid feature is accessed;
  • Any part of the purchased allowance is consumed;
  • A paid session is started; or
  • A downloadable product is made available.

Unused time, credits, sessions, or usage allowances do not automatically qualify for a refund.

This rule does not limit any refund or remedy that must be provided under applicable law.

3. Circumstances Eligible for Review

A refund request may be considered in the following circumstances:

3.1 Duplicate Payment

You were charged more than once for the same order because of a verified payment or checkout error.

Where confirmed, the duplicate amount will be refunded.

3.2 Payment Completed but Access Not Delivered

Payment was successfully completed, but the purchased license, subscription, usage allowance, or account access was not delivered.

Before issuing a refund, ABH may attempt to:

  • Activate the purchase manually;
  • Restore the missing entitlement;
  • Correct the account;
  • Reissue access; or
  • Provide an equivalent replacement.

A refund may be approved where ABH cannot provide the purchased access within a reasonable period.

3.4 Incorrect Charge by ABH

A refund or adjustment may be approved where ABH verifies that:

  • The amount charged differs from the confirmed checkout price;
  • An incorrect plan was activated because of an ABH system error;
  • A cancelled recurring subscription was charged again because of an ABH error; or
  • A billing error directly attributable to ABH occurred.

3.5 Purchase Cancelled by ABH Before Delivery

Where ABH cancels an order before providing any paid access or entitlement, the amount received for that order will be refunded.

3.6 Permanent Service Discontinuation

Where ABH permanently discontinues a paid Service before the end of an active prepaid period and does not provide reasonably comparable replacement access, ABH may provide one of the following, as appropriate:

  • Continued access during a notice period;
  • Transfer to a comparable Service;
  • Account credit;
  • Extension of another active plan; or
  • A proportionate refund for the materially unavailable prepaid period.

Promotional, complimentary, bonus, referral, or free usage allowances have no refundable monetary value.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

A refund will not ordinarily be provided where:

  • You changed your mind after purchasing;
  • You no longer need the Service;
  • You purchased the wrong plan, duration, or quantity;
  • You did not use the purchased access;
  • You forgot to use the allowance before it expired;
  • You used only part of the purchased hours, credits, or subscription period;
  • You expected a particular interview, employment, examination, educational, technical, or professional result;
  • You were dissatisfied with an AI-generated answer or transcription that was otherwise delivered;
  • You expected AI-generated output to be completely accurate;
  • Your internet connection, electricity supply, device, microphone, speakers, permissions, firewall, antivirus, network, or local configuration caused the issue;
  • Your device or operating system does not meet the published requirements;
  • A third-party website, application, conferencing platform, AI provider, operating system, or network changed, restricted, or interrupted its functionality;
  • A third-party platform detected, displayed, blocked, recorded, restricted, or otherwise affected the use of the Service;
  • You assumed that a feature would remain hidden, invisible, undetectable, or excluded from screen capture;
  • You failed to install available updates or follow setup instructions;
  • You provided incorrect registration, account, contact, or device information;
  • You lost access to your registered email, device, account, or credentials;
  • Your account or access was restricted because of a violation of the Terms and Conditions or Usage Policy;
  • Access was affected by prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorised use;
  • You shared your account, license, session, or access with another person;
  • You attempted to bypass device, account, trial, payment, or usage restrictions;
  • A free trial, promotional allowance, discount, or bonus expired;
  • A discount became available after your purchase;
  • Currency conversion charges or bank fees changed the final amount charged; or
  • The request is submitted outside the applicable request period.

5. Compatibility-Related Requests

Users are responsible for reviewing the published system requirements before purchasing.

Compatibility-related refunds will not normally be provided where the problem results from:

  • An unsupported operating system;
  • Unsupported or outdated hardware;
  • Administrative restrictions on the device;
  • Missing microphone, audio, screen-capture, or accessibility permissions;
  • Corporate firewall or network restrictions;
  • Antivirus or endpoint-security controls;
  • Virtual machines or emulators;
  • Unsupported third-party software;
  • Failure to install required dependencies; or
  • Device configurations outside ABH’s supported environment.

A compatibility refund may be considered only where ABH expressly represented that a specific supported configuration would work and a verified ABH defect prevents the core Service from functioning.

7. Usage-Based Plans

For plans measured by hours, credits, sessions, requests, or another usage allowance:

  • Consumed usage is non-refundable;
  • Partially used allowances are non-refundable;
  • Expired allowances are not refundable or redeemable for cash;
  • Promotional allowances have no cash value;
  • Usage cannot ordinarily be transferred between Users or accounts; and
  • ABH’s usage records will be used to assess consumption unless a verified measurement error is established.

Where a verified ABH failure consumes usage without providing the corresponding Service, ABH may restore the affected usage instead of issuing a monetary refund.

8. Fixed-Term Purchases

A fixed-term plan cannot ordinarily be cancelled after activation.

Stopping use, uninstalling the software, signing out, closing the account, or not using the Service does not cancel the purchase or create a refund entitlement.

Access will remain available until the plan expires, subject to its usage limits and the applicable Terms and Conditions.

9. Recurring Subscriptions

Where ABH offers automatically renewing subscriptions, you may cancel future renewal before the next billing date using the cancellation method provided in your account or by contacting ABH.

Cancellation of renewal:

  • Prevents future recurring charges;
  • Does not ordinarily terminate the current paid period;
  • Does not provide a refund for the current billing period;
  • Does not provide a prorated refund for unused time; and
  • Allows continued access until the current paid period expires, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation should be completed before the next renewal date. Requests submitted after a renewal payment has been successfully processed will be treated as refund requests and assessed under this Policy.

Deleting or uninstalling a Product does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription.

10. Accidental Purchases

Users are responsible for reviewing the selected Product, plan, quantity, duration, price, currency, and account information before confirming payment.

An accidental purchase does not automatically qualify for a refund.

Where the purchase has not been activated, delivered, allocated, downloaded, or used, ABH may consider a cancellation request submitted immediately after payment.

Once access has been delivered or activated, the general no-refund rule applies.

11. Failed and Pending Transactions

A failed or pending payment is not the same as a refund.

Where money appears to have been deducted but ABH has not received a successful payment confirmation:

  • The payment may be pending or subject to automatic reversal;
  • The User should first check the payment status with their bank, card issuer, wallet, UPI application, or payment provider;
  • ABH may assist by confirming whether the order was received;
  • ABH cannot refund funds it did not receive; and
  • Reversal timelines may be determined by the applicable bank or payment system.

Users should avoid making repeated payments while an earlier transaction remains pending unless the earlier transaction is confirmed as failed.

12. Duplicate Transactions

To report a duplicate transaction, contact ABH with:

  • The registered name;
  • Registered email address or phone number;
  • Order or transaction references;
  • Date and amount of each charge;
  • Payment method;
  • A screenshot or statement showing the duplicate charges; and
  • Any other information reasonably required to verify the transactions.

Where ABH confirms that more than one successful payment was received for the same intended purchase, the unintended duplicate payment will be refunded or, with the User’s agreement, converted into equivalent account credit.

13. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted using both contact methods:

Email: contactus@abhconsultants.com

WhatsApp: Send a message using the WhatsApp number provided in the Contact section of the website.

Subject: Refund Request – [Order or Transaction Reference]

The request should include:

  • Your full name;
  • Registered email address or phone number;
  • Order or transaction reference;
  • Product or plan purchased;
  • Purchase date;
  • Amount paid;
  • Payment method;
  • Reason for the request;
  • Date and time the issue occurred;
  • Relevant screenshots or error messages; and
  • A description of troubleshooting already attempted.

Do not send passwords, one-time passwords, complete card details, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Incomplete requests may take longer to review.

14. Refund Request Period

Unless a longer period is required by applicable law:

  • Duplicate-payment requests should be submitted within seven days of the transaction;
  • Non-delivery requests should be submitted within seven days of payment;
  • Incorrect-charge requests should be submitted within seven days of the charge.

Submitting a request within these periods does not guarantee approval. Each request will be assessed under this Policy.

15. Technical Investigation

For technical-failure requests, ABH may ask the User to:

  • Confirm the operating system and device specifications;
  • Install an available update;
  • Restart or reinstall the Product;
  • Verify required permissions;
  • Test the internet and audio configuration;
  • Provide screenshots, error messages, or diagnostic logs;
  • Participate in reasonable troubleshooting; or
  • Allow ABH an opportunity to restore the Service.

A refund may be declined where the User:

  • Refuses reasonable troubleshooting;
  • Removes or alters relevant evidence;
  • Provides incomplete or misleading information;
  • Uses an unsupported environment;
  • Continues consuming the Service after reporting the issue; or
  • Prevents ABH from confirming the claimed failure.

ABH will not request passwords, one-time passwords, complete banking credentials, or unnecessary access to private information during troubleshooting.

16. Review and Decision

ABH will generally:

  • Review the request and available records;
  • Request additional information where necessary; and
  • Communicate a decision within seven business days after receiving all required information.

Complex cases involving banks, payment providers, suspected fraud, technical investigation, or third-party systems may require additional time.

Approval of one refund does not create an obligation to approve another request in different circumstances.

17. Approved Refunds

Where a refund is approved:

  • It will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method;
  • ABH may request an alternative lawful method where refunding to the original method is not technically possible;
  • The refunded access, license, credits, or usage allowance may be revoked;
  • Access associated with the refunded purchase may be terminated; and
  • Promotional benefits connected to the refunded purchase may be cancelled.

ABH will ordinarily initiate an approved refund within seven business days of approval.

The time required for the amount to appear in the User’s account depends on the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet, payment processor, and payment method.

19. Promotional and Complimentary Access

The following are not refundable and have no cash value:

  • Free trials;
  • Promotional access;
  • Bonus usage;
  • Referral rewards;
  • Complimentary extensions;
  • Discount codes;
  • Giveaway access; and
  • Credits issued without payment.

Where a paid purchase includes a promotional benefit, cancellation or refund of the paid purchase may also cancel the related promotional benefit.

20. Payment Processor and Bank Charges

ABH is not responsible for charges imposed independently by a User’s:

  • Bank;
  • Card issuer;
  • UPI provider;
  • Wallet provider;
  • Payment processor;
  • Foreign-exchange provider; or
  • Telecommunications provider.

This may include currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees, overdraft fees, interest, or other third-party charges.

An eligible ABH refund will ordinarily be limited to the amount actually received or charged by ABH for the affected purchase, subject to applicable law.

22. Refund Abuse

ABH may reject refund requests involving:

  • Repeated purchases followed by refund requests;
  • Consumption of substantial usage before requesting a refund;
  • Multiple accounts or identities;
  • Manipulated transaction records;
  • False technical claims;
  • Unauthorised payment methods;
  • Attempts to retain access after receiving a refund; or
  • Other evidence of fraud or policy abuse.

This section does not affect genuine consumer complaints or remedies required by applicable law.

24. Changes to This Policy

ABH may update this Policy to reflect changes to:

  • Products and plans;
  • Payment methods;
  • Subscription arrangements;
  • Business operations;
  • Payment-provider requirements; or
  • Applicable law.

The updated Policy will display a revised “Last Updated” date.

The version in effect at the time of purchase will ordinarily apply to that purchase, except where a later change is required by law or is more favourable to the User.
