Privacy

Privacy commitments for a global platform

ABH is used across multiple workflows, geographies, and support models. The points below describe the working privacy baseline for the platform.

Information we may collect

  • Account and contact details such as name, email address, and support communications.
  • Profile, resume, application, prompt, and workflow content you choose to enter into the platform.
  • Usage, device, and session information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
  • Payment and subscription records handled through approved third-party billing providers where applicable.

How we use information

  • To provide the six ABH tools, save your work, and keep product flows connected where the platform supports that behavior.
  • To authenticate users, maintain account security, detect abuse, and investigate operational incidents.
  • To provide customer support, onboarding, billing, service notices, and platform updates.
  • To comply with applicable law, enforce our platform rules, and protect users, candidates, consultancies, and ABH Consultants.

Tool-specific handling

  • Resume and Apply may process career documents, structured profile data, and job-search workflow records.
  • Assistant may process prompts, uploaded context, and generated outputs needed to return guidance or draft responses.
  • Mirror, Script, and Translator may process screen content, captions, translations, screenshots, or session context only when those features are intentionally used.
  • Live-support, screen-sharing, or audio-related features should be used only in transparent, allowed, and consent-based workflows.

Sharing and storage

  • We may share data with infrastructure, hosting, authentication, analytics, billing, communications, and support vendors that help run the platform.
  • We do not sell personal data in the ordinary course of operating the platform.
  • Because ABH serves a global user base, data may be processed in more than one country depending on hosting, support, and service-provider operations.
  • We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce platform terms.

Your choices and rights

  • You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of certain personal information, subject to legal and operational limits.
  • You may opt out of non-essential communications where such controls are available.
  • If you are using the platform through a consultancy, employer, or training organization, some requests may need to be coordinated with that organization.
  • Privacy rights can vary by jurisdiction, so ABH handles requests in line with the laws that apply to the relevant user and service context.
