Real-Time Interview Answer Delivery and Remote Guidance

By ABH Consultants

Interview answer delivery is the process of presenting approved guidance to a receiver while a conversation is active. The guidance can come from an authorized sender or, where permitted, from ABH Assistant. ABH Script keeps the delivery within the same receiver workflow as transcription and session controls.

Delivery is intended to help the receiver understand and communicate information naturally. It should not be used to misrepresent experience, repeat unverified output or bypass rules on external assistance.

Sender-created guidance

An authorized sender can respond to the current context with concise notes, behavioral structures, technical explanations, code, SQL, images or files. Follow-up guidance can build on the same session context instead of moving between separate chat applications.

ABH Assistant-generated guidance

When the integration is enabled, ABH Assistant can process supported audio, manual text, selected text, screenshots, code, resume context, job-description context and user instructions. The generated response is delivered through ABH Script for the receiver to review.

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. The receiver should compare it with the question, validate technical claims and adapt the wording to their real experience.

Progressive and structured delivery

Guidance can appear word by word or sentence by sentence instead of waiting for the entire response. It can also be grouped into structured answer sections, code blocks or visual attachments. Progressive delivery reduces waiting time and helps the receiver follow the response as it develops.

  • Short prompts for the next point
  • STAR structure for real behavioral examples
  • Technical explanations with trade-offs
  • Formatted code, SQL and test cases
  • Images and approved files

Behavioral and technical guidance

Behavioral guidance should organize the candidate's own experience, action and results without inventing facts. Technical guidance can explain concepts, offer examples, compare approaches or identify troubleshooting steps. Both should remain concise enough to review during a live conversation.

The receiver experience

The receiver sees delivered guidance alongside the live session context and remains responsible for the final response. A practical workflow is to read the key point, confirm it matches the question, translate it into natural language and communicate only what the receiver understands.

Validation and responsible use

Before relying on delivered content, check factual accuracy, code behavior, assumptions and policy compliance. Never use generated guidance to fabricate experience, disclose confidential data or conceal assistance where disclosure is required.

Frequently asked questions
